REFUND POLICY

All refunds must be made within 14 days. Please email lauren@dearplanet.co.uk to inform us of your return or exchange. This will help with clarification as there is not return form to reduce packaging waste. Equally you can use the back of the thank you insert.

Please email the following information:

Your address.

Your email address.

Your reference number.

Reason for return OR exchange.

Please return with original packaging.

For international returns or exchanges please mark the parcel as a return with no value to avoid custom fees. Any fees incurred will not be paid by Dear Planet and the parcel will be returned to you, the sender. This may effect your ability to return garments as it may fall outside the 14 days.

Due to the nature of the garments not all products will be able to be refunded. This is due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure the items are unworn and in perfect condition.

All refunds will be made minus shipping and custom fees for both UK and international orders.

You will received an email once your item has been returned and inspected within 48 hours. Except on weekends and bank holidays. The refund will then be processed (minus shipping and custom fees).
